Analyst – Internal Technology Team

As an Analyst
, you ll kick off your consulting career by joining our internal product team, supporting in-house innovation and technical projects that drive digital transformation. High-performing Analysts are eligible for promotion to Associate upon demonstrated readiness to support client engagements.

• Collaborate with internal developers and senior team members to build and maintain internal tools and process automations.
• Learn and practice core development principles using technologies such as C#, Java, .NET, or Python.
• Participate in internal sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to learn agile project management.
• Conduct QA testing and debugging of scripts and automations.
• Document workflows and technical specs to support team knowledge sharing.
• Research new tools, frameworks, and trends in automation and AI to share with the team.
• Work on proof-of-concept projects to explore emerging tech applications.

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science
• Strong interest in automation, data engineering, or AI.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and eagerness to apply them in a real-world setting.
• Clear communicator and willing collaborator.
