Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer / Architect to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on coding expertise, deep Salesforce architecture knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. This role requires leadership in solution design, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Develop, customize, and integrate Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Adhere to quality assurance, documentation, and change management procedures.
• Code and test Salesforce objects, workflows, and integrations.
• Contribute to issue resolution and gap mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate new Salesforce technologies, build proof of concepts, and recommend solutions.
• Decide on leveraging out-of-the-box features, customizations, or App Exchange products.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features.
• Collaborate with IT partners to define enterprise application architecture strategies, designs, and roadmaps.
• Participate in project intake meetings, providing high-level design, resource, and time estimates.
• Adopt best practices to address challenges and meet requirements effectively.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, 3-Amigo calls, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Guide and mentor delivery team members to ensure best practices are consistently followed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on coding experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• 7+ years of experience designing scalable, performance-driven Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and customization.
• Proven experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce design patterns and implementation best practices.
• 7+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and deployment tools like Git Hub.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
