Senior Contracts Consultant

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage, draft, negotiate, and finalize various U.S.
  
  -based sales contracts and master agreements
• Facilitate internal and external calls to resolve conflicts and finalize contracts
• Collaborate with senior negotiators and stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class contracting experience
• Review and revise customer redlines while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Support process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiencies and standardization

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in redlining/negotiating and building relationships with cross-functional teams, or 3 years with a legal degree
• Strong understanding of U.S. Antitrust laws and Sarbanes Oxley
• Proficient in commercial contract management, including strategy development and negotiations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer centricity

• Paralegal certification with extensive experience in negotiating strategic master agreements
• Extensive project management experience
