Service Now Engineer – Platform Operations

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and executing support and enhancement requests across all Service Now products/modules
• Designing, configuring, and developing solutions leveraging Service Now best practices
• Developing and maintaining documentation for processes, workflows, and configurations
• Contributing to all aspects of the Platform and Plugin/Store App upgrades
• Managing platform health, monitoring performance, and maintaining integration points
• Collaborating with stakeholders and scrum team to gather requirements and translate needs into actionable Service Now solutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent practical experience developing and supporting Service Now in an enterprise environment
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred
• Certifications in Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred
• Demonstrated experience in supporting and enhancing a range of Service Now products/modules
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
