We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4

HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration Suite. This role will drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable, integrated SAP solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, hands‑on, and collaborative, with a proven track record of leading enterprise‑scale SAP transformations and modern integration strategies.

• Lead the design and governance of end‑to‑end SAP solutions across S/4
  
  HANA core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.)
• Architect scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions using SAP BTP services, including Integration Suite, Event Mesh, API Management, Workflow, and Extension Suite
• Translate complex business requirements into solution architecture and technical specifications. Driving the scoping, estimation and documentation of the initiative.
• Serve as the SAP solution architecture subject matter expert across programs, projects, and agile delivery teams
• Define and implement integration strategies using SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, Open Connectors, API Management, Event‑driven architecture)
• Ensure seamless integration between S/4
  
  HANA and non‑SAP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Anaplan, legacy applications)
• Oversee data flows, interfaces, middleware, and security considerations across hybrid IT landscapes
• Provide technical leadership for SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation and cloud migration initiatives
• Partner with functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Guide solution validation, performance optimization, and risk mitigation
• Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and reusable integration components
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and SAP’s clean core strategy
• Support Dev Ops, CI/CD, and automated testing practices for SAP and BTP development
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand priorities and provide strategic SAP roadmaps
• Conduct solution workshops, design reviews, and technical briefings with stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business analysts, and SAP product owners

• 6+ years architecture experience (or 4+ years with a master’s degree) providing technical leadership/guidance/mentorship
• 8+ years of SAP experience with 3 full lifecycle implementations
• 3+ years of deep hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA (1809 and above, ideally 2023 release)
• 2+ years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and associated services
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture patterns (on‑premise, cloud, hybrid)
• Proven experience in enterprise‑grade system integration and API‑first design
• Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures (microservices, eventing)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in clean core, side‑by‑side extensibility, and fit‑to‑standard implementation approach
• Experience with other BTP services such as SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP AI Core
• Understanding of security, identity management (IAM), and governance in SAP cloud environments
• Familiarity with Agile, Dev Ops, and CI/CD practices in SAP development
• Experience facilitating meetings with project teams, business stakeholders, Product Owners, etc., including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary
• Exhibit high degree of self‑management
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience providing technical direction and leadership for multiple projects simultaneously

SAP certifications preferred (e.g., Solution Architect – SAP BTP, Business Process Integration with SAP S/4

HANA, Integration Developer)
