• Design, script, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, and endurance tests
• Build and maintain performance test frameworks and reusable test assets
• Conduct end‑to‑end performance testing across web, API, and backend systems
• Identify system bottlenecks using profiling and monitoring tools
• Analyze results and provide clear, actionable performance reports and recommendations
• Work with developers and architects to tune applications, JVM, and databases
• Perform SQL performance analysis and support query optimization
• Monitor systems using enterprise monitoring tools during tests and in production‑like environments
• Support performance testing throughout the full testing lifecycle
• Ensure performance readiness for releases in high‑risk banking environments

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 4–6+ years in performance testing and automation
• Strong hands‑on experience with tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, Blaze Meter, Neo Load, Tricentis, or similar
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Data Dog, Splunk, Grafana, AWS Cloud Watch, and SQL Monitor
• Strong understanding of performance testing lifecycle and methodologies
• Experience in JVM tuning and application performance optimization
• Strong skills in SQL performance tuning and backend performance analysis
• Experience using profiling tools to identify CPU, memory, I/O, and thread bottlenecks
• Banking or financial services domain experience is mandatory
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
