Quality Assurance Specialist - Onsite, OH

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge of Integrated Eligibility (Medicaid, SNAP/TANF or Child Care).

• Preferred candidate will have knowledge of Integrated Eligibility (Medicaid, Snap/TANF or Child Care).
• Knowledge and experience testing the eligibility Rules will be added benefit.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge & experience with Reports and Integration testing.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge and experience using Test Management tools.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge & ability to script using automation tools such as Selenium & Cucumber.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge to manual scripting and test execution.
• Act as key point of contact for QA aspects of releases, providing test services and coordinating QA resources.
• Ensure that all testing work is carried out in accordance with Test plan, including schedule and quality requirements.
• Provide feedback to System Integrator on the implications of testing outcomes.
• Knowledge of SDLC and defect lifecycle.
• Adhere to formal QA processes and daily goals as established by the QA lead.
• Proactively follow up on questions and defects and follow to closure.
• Respond to all requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

• Mandatory Requirements/Time:
  Preferred candidate will have experience with HHS Eligibility Systems and Policy: 7+ years.
• Experienced tester with knowledge in Medicaid and SNAP/TANF benefits and skills in writing and executing test scripts: 7+ years.
• Adhere to formal QA processes, ensuring that the Systems Implementation (SI) team is using industry-accepted best practices: 7+ years.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of test management software.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is required.
