• Deliver high‑quality client support through project coordination, research, and data analysis
• Conduct data mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness analyses for transformation planning
• Assist in developing and executing communication and training programs that drive adoption
• Create presentations and dashboards to visualize progress, insights, and change outcomes
• Collaborate across teams to apply structured change management and business consulting methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Psychology, or related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, change management, or ERP transformation
• Exposure to ERP platforms (Oracle, Microsoft D365, SAP, Workday, or similar)
• Strong skills in data mapping, change impact analysis, and storytelling through visuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with dashboard or AI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ChatGPT, or Copilot)

• Experience working independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environments
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
