BI Engineer; Tableau​/SQL

Join a newly formed analytics team focused on a large-scale initiative to rebuild a client reporting platform. The goal is to create a self‑service portal where clients can access all their data in one place. As a BI Engineer, you’ll be responsible for building modern, cohesive dashboards and partnering with business stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Tableau solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards that consolidate data from multiple sources into one unified view.
• Partner with Data Engineers to leverage data housed in Snowflake and other cloud‑based warehouse environments.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to support dashboard datasets and validate data accuracy.
• Present insights to business leaders with clarity and executive‑level communication.
• Contribute to ongoing efforts to establish a semantic layer supporting modernization and AI‑readiness initiatives.

• Strong experience developing interactive dashboards in Tableau (preferably enterprise‑scale).
• Proven ability to gather requirements from non‑technical business partners and communicate findings effectively.
• Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud‑based data warehouse infrastructures.
• Intermediate SQL proficiency (comfortable explaining CTEs, window functions, joins).
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence — must be confident working with leadership‑level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ETL tools or data integration processes.
• Experience with semantic layer modeling or dashboard enablement frameworks.
