Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

About the Role:

As an Analyst
, you’ll kick off your consulting career by joining our internal product team, supporting in‑house innovation and technical projects that drive digital transformation. High‑performing Analysts are eligible for promotion to Associate upon demonstrated readiness to support client engagements.

What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with internal developers and senior team members to build and maintain internal tools and process automations.
  • Learn and practice core development principles using technologies such as C#, Java, .NET, or Python.
  • Participate in internal sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to learn agile project‑management.
  • Conduct QA testing and debugging of scripts and automations.
  • Document workflows and technical specs to support team knowledge sharing.
  • Research new tools, frameworks, and trends in automation and AI to share with the team.
  • Work on proof‑of‑concept projects to explore emerging tech applications.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science
  • Strong interest in automation, data engineering, or AI.
  • Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and eagerness to apply them in a real‑world setting.
  • Clear communicator and willing collaborator.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a continuous learning mindset.
