This role will be filled in a hybrid capacity, with collaboration taking place in our Columbus OH office 2 days per week.

Join the Enterprise Profile Management (EPM) team within Enterprise Internet & Mobility (EIM) and play a key role in shaping the digital experiences our customers rely on every day. The team delivers foundational capabilities across web, mobile, and conversational channels, supporting critical applications such as Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Customer Account Management (CAM), Preference Center, Customer Online Account Support Tool (COAST), and Ways to Pay.

As a Test Lead on the Moonshiners agile line, you will drive quality across modern digital products while helping retire legacy systems and build the next generation of customer solutions. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role where you will lead testing efforts, develop automation frameworks, and apply best practices to ensure the delivery of high‑quality applications.

• Lead testing for mission‑critical digital products that reach millions of customers.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Ruby/Cucumber.
• Collaborate across agile teams to deliver innovative solutions and retire legacy systems.
• Apply Dev Sec Ops  practices to streamline testing and deployment.
• Mentor team members and help elevate the overall quality and efficiency of testing practices.

As a Software Engineer, you will focus primarily on providing high quality, efficient technology solutions to business partners by crafting new software applications or modifying and or supporting existing packaged or custom‑built applications. In this capacity, you’ll analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.

• Analyzes, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards in an agile environment.
• Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Uses Dev Sec Ops  practices, tooling and techniques.
• Drives continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice and innovation.
• Manages medium to large project priorities, deadlines and deliverables proactively.

May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Reports to a Technology Manager/Director.

Education:

Completion of undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or other related degree. Technology experience or non‑traditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree.

Experience:

Four or more years of analysis and technology experience.

Knowledge, Abilities and

Skills:

Proficiency in one or more programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle. Proven ability to tackle complex business and development problems. Ability to thrive in a team environment. Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus.
