Technology Risk Assurance – Cybersecurity Assurance – Manager
Join EY as a Technology Risk Assurance – Cybersecurity Assurance – Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated Manager focused on cybersecurity risk and controls to manage client engagement teams, deliver professional services, and drive business development activities on strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and project leadership to team members, build client relationships, deliver quality client services and high‑value work products on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and expected outcomes.
- Foster an innovative and inclusive team‑oriented work environment and mentor junior consultants.
- Use knowledge of the current IT environment and industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues and communicate findings through written correspondence and verbal presentations.
- Develop relationships with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and improve information systems security at procedural and technology levels.
- Assist with cultivating and managing business development opportunities and present ways to serve clients.
- Demonstrate deep technical capabilities, professional knowledge and quick assimilation of new knowledge.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity risk management, core cybersecurity fundamentals, internal controls, and client communication.
- Advanced project management and client service skills; excellent leadership, coaching, and team‑building abilities.
- Willingness to travel (estimated 50%) and hold a valid driver’s license and passport.
- Experience assessing cybersecurity risk management programs; familiarity with NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800‑53, ISO 27001, SANS CSC or similar frameworks.
- Industry certification such as CISSP, CISA or equivalent; non‑certified hires must become certified within one year.
- Competitive compensation and benefits ranging from $111,600 to $204,700 annually, with additional benefits including medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.
