• Partner with business and technology teams to gather and translate business needs into clear data and technology requirements.
• Document requirements, data definitions, and process flows to support solution design and development.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure solutions align with requirements.
• Perform data and process analysis to identify gaps, quality issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support delivery planning through impact analysis and requirement clarity.
• Maintain knowledge of applications, platforms, and emerging technology trends.
• Assist in vendor evaluations and ensure secure data practices.

• Experience with enterprise data lake environments, ideally cloud-based.
• Working knowledge of Databricks and medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
• Ability to define and validate data requirements, transformation rules, and quality checks.
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata, and data lineage concepts.

As a Technology Analyst you will partner with the business to understand business needs and outcomes as well as provide all types of analysis skills related to understanding and meeting business outcomes. They translate business outcomes into solution requirements using techniques such as facilitation and visual management. A Technology Analyst should have broad technology and analysis experience including facilitation with large stakeholder groups, managing the complete requirements lifecycle, conducting structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative techniques, analyzing data and application suites, and problem‑solving using a collaborative style.

Technology Analysts are engaged in work efforts at all scales ranging from minor defect fixes and enhancements to development of new applications. You will also work on all types of solution approaches (e.g. custom development, package implementation) and domains (e.g. all application types, data warehouses, Web, and Cloud).

• Partner with the business and other technology professionals to understand business needs and outcomes.
• Translate multiple business outcomes into solution requirements.
• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Execute moderate requirements and ensure business alignment using facilitation and visual management techniques.
• Document and clarify requirements work products.
• Provide mid-level analysis related to understanding and meeting business outcomes.
• Partner with others to verify, trace and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
• Possess a good understanding of the applications used to support the business in a specific Business Solution Area(s) (BSA).
• Conduct quality improvements by providing complex analysis of relevant data.
