Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $78,000.00/yr

Salary Range: 45K-78k annually (commensurate with experience)

Relocation Package: Full Relocation Package Offered including moving expenses, per diem, etc.

Company Vehicle, Tools, Phone, and Laptop provided as well

Must-Haves:
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Solid understanding of commercial audio-visual signal flow and design, ideally 2-3+ years
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create clear and concise documentation.
  • Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and de-escalate conflicts effectively.
  • Self-sufficient, well-prepared, and motivated to prioritize and execute tasks quickly.
  • Fully invested in providing a superior customer experience and making a positive impact on peers and customers.
Plusses:
  • CTS-I (Certified Technology Specialist - Installation) certification.
  • Knowledge of Audio DSP and Crestron/AMX programming.
Summary:

We are seeking several AV Technicians dedicated to providing superior customer service and building strong relationships with our customers and team members. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments that require quick thinking and creative problem-solving. As an AV Technician, you will have the opportunity to develop foundational engineering skills, deepen your technical expertise, and advance your career in a field that intersects technology, creativity, and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and resolving issues in audio, video, control, and networking systems.
  • Troubleshooting and escalating programming issues in the field, making necessary changes independently or with assistance.
  • Coordinating new customer incidents, problems, and requests via a ticketing system.
  • Performing onsite preventative maintenance for support contract clients, ensuring all devices function as intended.
  • Conducting research on system lifecycle and assisting customer engagement teams in improving customer experience.
  • Providing training to customers on the use of their audiovisual systems.
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize team effectiveness.
