As Product Delivery Director in CCB Operations Technology at JPMorgan Chase, you will lead the strategic development and operational excellence of our Fulfillment & Archive Services platform.

You will architect robust support frameworks, drive AI and LLM‑based innovation, and ensure seamless product delivery from inception to deployment. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement and dynamic innovation, directly impacting the evolution of our document management ecosystem.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver solutions that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements. Your role will be pivotal in mentoring a dedicated team, establishing strategic roadmaps, and driving operational reliability and performance across the product lifecycle.

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross‑line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a product team member, your problem‑solving skills will place you on the cutting edge of defining the vision, creating the strategy and building the roadmap to solutions that impact millions.

Job responsibilities
  • Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle for Fulfillment & Archive Services, establishing strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee product development from conception through deployment, ensuring seamless integration with technology infrastructure and operational reliability.
  • Architect robust technology support frameworks and execute cutting‑edge AI and LLM‑based process engines across the operational landscape.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, compliance officers, and external vendors to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Lead and mentor a global product delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Direct principal activities across the product delivery journey, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision‑making, and product performance reporting.
  • Own the change management framework across functional partners, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain visibility over product timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Coach and mentor the product delivery team on best practices in resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 14 years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field required.
  • 8 years of progressive experience in technology support roles, with at least 5 years in product management or delivery leadership positions within enterprise technology environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in enterprise archive systems, document management platforms, and document or card fulfillment technologies.
  • Strong background in database management, API integration, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development practices.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks and data governance principles.
  • Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex technology initiatives from conception to delivery.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership and translating technical requirements into business value propositions.
  • Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness.
  • Experience in enterprise‑wide release and deployment processes and strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
  • Certifications in relevant technology platforms or project management frameworks.
  • Background in vendor management and contract negotiation for technology services.
