Seeking a Cyber Security Engineer with extensive Qualys administration experience.

• Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures to protect client data, systems, and networks.
• Must be willing and able to interview and work onsite in Columbus, OH. Duration: through 6-30-26.
• Responding to all system and/or network security breaches.
• Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities.
• Evaluating the organization’s security needs and establishing best practices and standards accordingly.
• Taking appropriate security measures to ensure that the client’s infrastructure and existing data are kept safe.
• Perform scheduled and ad-hoc vulnerability scans across networks, servers, and endpoints.
• Analyze scan results, validate findings, and prioritize remediation based on risk and exploitability.
• Partner with IT and application teams to coordinate remediation and verify fixes.
• Tune scans and reduce false positives to improve data accuracy.
• Develop vulnerability metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reports.
• Conduct testing and scans to identify any vulnerabilities in the network and system.
