• Elicitation:
  Conduct interviews, workshops (facilitated workshops), questionnaires, surveys, use cases, and scenarios to gather customer requirements.
• Modeling:
  Experience creating workflows using formal notation such as BPMN (Required)
• User Stories:
  Extensive experience in converting requirements into use cases and user stories with acceptance criteria (Required)
• Documentation:
  Translate conceptual requirements into clear specifications; develop and utilize standard templates; and create process models, diagrams, and charts.

• Intermediary Role:
  Act as the intermediary between business and IT, defining user requirements and identifying unarticulated business needs.
• Review & Quality:
  Develop and conduct peer reviews of requirements; review and provide feedback on OMES module contractor's deliverables to ensure quality.

  Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix (Required)

  Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills (Required)

• Domain Knowledge (Desired): 3 years of experience in Medicaid and/or healthcare systems development projects (Highly Desired)
• Testing:
  Assist in defining and executing test cases.
• Mentorship:
  Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.

• IT Domain:
  Experience in 3+ domains (Applications Development, Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, Maintenance).
• 10-14 Years of overall IT domain experience.
• Business Analysis:
  Over 8 years of experience in eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating requirements.
• Requirements Development: 8+ years developing business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Modeling/Agile: 8+ years experience with BPMN, use cases, user stories with acceptance criteria, and proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Domain Focus:
  Experience in Medicaid and/or healthcare systems (Highly Desired).
• Certification: IIBA-certified Business Analyst (Highly Desired).
