Testing Automation Associate

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management delivers industry-leading investment management and private banking solutions. The team conducts User Acceptance Testing for applications used by Asset & Wealth Management Operations globally. As a Testing Automation Associate, you will guide Automation Testers on frameworks and automation standards.

The position entails developing automated QA practices for applications across Asset & Wealth Management Operations. It is based in Columbus, US and carries global ownership for delivering innovative automation solutions in response to increasing business demand and the ever‑changing technology environment.

• Negotiating the ongoing purpose and deliverables of the test effort
• Guide Automation Testers on frameworks and automation standards
• Collaborate closely with technology in BDD implementation; develop Continuous Integration models and build tools:
  Intelli
  
  J/Eclipse, Jenkins/Jules, Maven, Bit Bucket/Git
• Automate test design through testing tools. Manage test data using SQL
• Manage stakeholder relationships and conduct automation feasibility studies
• Derive ROI and report on automation execution
• Review code and provide timely feedback

• Expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, Java and relevant experience in test automation
• Expertise in BDD/TDD (Behavior Driven Development / Test Driven Development)
• Understanding of web services based applications – REST and SOAP
• Hands‑on experience maintaining keyword, data, and hybrid frameworks
• Knowledge of Agile practices
• Cloud services/technologies – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Zoo Keeper, Docker

• 10+ years of experience in automation and manual testing
• Knowledge of one or more automation tools
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and decision‑making ability
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multi‑task and test different applications across a release
