Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Intune Administrator Consultant to assess, optimize, and enhance an existing hybrid Intune environment that includes Microsoft Intune (Cloud) and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM). This role is critical to strengthening device management, security posture, and compliance across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.

- Assess the current Intune and MECM hybrid integration and identify optimization opportunities
- Implement improvements to streamline device management and application deployment
- Enhance application and software update management for improved compliance
- Optimize and troubleshoot Universal Print infrastructure
- Evaluate and implement security enhancements aligned with Zero Trust principles
- Improve reporting and compliance visibility to meet regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Enterprise IT, Security teams, Microsoft, and support teams
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth transition to internal teams
- 5+ years of experience managing Intune and/or MECM environments
- Strong expertise in Intune–MECM hybrid integration
- Proven consulting experience assessing and optimizing device management solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Universal Print and print infrastructure optimization
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust security models
- Experience implementing security controls, including Crowd Strike integration
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Intune and MECM integration
- Microsoft certifications relevant to Intune/MECM are required
