Manager, Software Engineering (M365 & SharePoint)

The Manager, Software Engineering (M365 & SharePoint) is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and securing the core technology stacks that enable both business and flight operations for all entities under Net Jets.

• Serves as the primary contact with our Microsoft Account team and holds full accountability for licensing, compliance, usage, and annual renewals for all M365 products.
• Works in close partnership with business stakeholders to deliver SharePoint development solutions.
• Collaborates with Cybersecurity to ensure all systems remain secure, resilient, and compliant.
• Manages a team of skilled engineers who hold the highest‑level administrative privileges required to manage and protect our most critical technology environments.
• Manages vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to delivery commitments and internal standards.
• Coaches and mentors teams, maximizing each team member’s abilities to reach their fullest potential and meet organizational goals.

Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

8-10 years of experience

• Ability to effectively communicate and present to executive leadership.
• Skilled in shaping technical direction and driving decision‑making for cross‑platform, large‑scale initiatives.
• 8+ years of experience being accountable and owning projects related to:
• Conditional Access Policies
• SharePoint Development and Auditing
• Data Sensitivity Labels
• MS Teams Recordation Disablement and Data Cleanup
• Mail Security (SMTP Auth)
• Monthly Security Patching
• Disaster Recovery Enhancements for Microsoft
• Hands‑on experience with the following technologies:
  • Microsoft:
    • Outlook/Email
    • MS Teams
    • Share Point
    • Word, Excel, Power Point
    • Distribution Lists
    • Security Groups
  • Software As a Service / Cloud Platforms (including, but not limited to):
    • Lucid
    • Figma
    • Tableau
    • Proofpoint
    • Alation
    • Smartsheet
    • Docusign
    • Calendly
    • Jasper Soft
    • AWS
