We are seeking a highly skilled IMS / DB2 DBA to support mission‑critical mainframe database environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with IMS and/or DB2 on z/OS, strong performance tuning expertise, and hands‑on knowledge of data replication technologies. This role supports high‑volume, high‑availability systems and requires someone comfortable working in complex enterprise mainframe environments.
Must‑Have Qualifications- Hands‑on experience as an IMS DBA and/or DB2 DBA
- Strong performance tuning experience in mainframe environments
- Solid experience with z/OS
- Replication experience using CDC, VSAM, or equivalent technologies
- Experience supporting enterprise‑scale mainframe systems
