Senior Product Manager - Defi Lend

• Own all facets of a product area from crafting the vision and strategy to execution.

• Own the end-to-end vision for Coinbase’s DeFi products from early concept through final implementation.

• Define OKRs for multiple teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners during product development to achieve these goals.

• Identify, define, collect, and track appropriate metrics (quantitative and qualitative) for new or existing product areas.

• Balance and prioritize across stakeholder objectives.

• Secure buy-in, prioritize rigorously, and drive development for a multi-year product vision that crafts an overall product narrative and direction.

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.

• 3+ years of experience launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, or similarly complex domains.

• Ability to influence and shape strategic decisions on onchain topics.

• Experience balancing the needs of a wide variety of stakeholders.

• User-focused with the ability to understand a wide range of user personas.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

• Aptitude for learning and ramping quickly on new and potentially complicated domains.

• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission.

• Experience expanding on-chain ecosystems with developers, creators, or consumers.

• Existing network within crypto communities.

• Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services.

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range. Full-time offers include target bonus, target equity, and benefits. Pay Range: $207,485—$244,100 USD.
