Senior Business Analyst to collaborate closely with the OPERS IT team to support ongoing development, enhancements, and application support for key OPERS systems, including Refunds Rewrite
, Healthcare Rewrite
, and COMPASS
. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with OPERS standards.
- Partner with OPERS business and IT teams to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Support ongoing enhancements, testing, and maintenance activities for existing OPERS applications.
- Coordinate with developers, testers, and end users to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
- Participate in system testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, process changes, and application functionality.
