Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We also have an online presence that serves thousands of people who aren’t located near one of our physical sites. Job Summary

The Site Production Coordinator oversees all technical elements of live events and services at a Crossroads site, with a primary focus on audio. They guide teams of staff and volunteers in preparing, programming, and operating production systems to deliver high-quality, distraction-free experiences that align with the Central Experience Team’s creative vision.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create immersive environments in which people can begin to be transformed by God’s truth and presence.
  • Participate in the creation of key events at the site supporting Crossroads’ overall mission, vision, and goals.
  • Operate and program necessary equipment for services or events, with a primary focus on audio.
  • Troubleshoot technical systems as needed.
  • Participate in production team meetings.
  • Ensure smooth technical transitions throughout the service and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with the site experience team to adapt and execute changes following the run‑through.
  • Train technical volunteers.
  • Perform routine maintenance of AVL systems (hardware and software).
  • Plan and execute special services and events.
  • Participate in other projects such as video shoots, concerts, student ministry events, and camps as needed.
  • Work hours include weekday, evening, and weekend hours.
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • College degree or equivalent field experience preferred.
Experience and Skills Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Organized, disciplined, with priorities, meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the Google web platform and willingness to learn other software tools as needed.
  • Experience with Mac/PC.
  • Knowledge of Planning Center, Slack, and Asana.
  • Experience with Di Gi Co  or Yamaha consoles, SMAART, Wireless Workbench, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Resolume, RESI, and other production systems.
  • Takes initiative to understand departmental objectives, adapts to a changing and fluid environment, and proactively solves problems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Performs independently and excellently without close supervision.
  • Communicates clearly, directly, and honestly, even under stress, and does so with a sustained positive attitude and demeanor.
  • Possesses a strong ethic of servant leadership and a passion for shared team goals.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to walk up to 5 miles and perform duties involving standing, climbing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching as required.
  • Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs.
Schedule and Travel Requirements
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and other high-impact events at Crossroads.
  • Occasional travel to other Crossroads sites may be required for training, support, or special events.
