- Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps

- Engage with pharmacists, clinicians, and health IT customers to understand their workflows and emerging needs
- Support the development of product vision and strategy aligned with the employer's Clinical Solutions objectives
- 6-8 years of experience in product management and/or healthcare technology
- Proven success delivering products in clinical or health system contexts
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and analytics tools/platforms
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced training or experience in informatics, health tech, or healthcare delivery preferred
- Experience applying AI/ML or GAI to product management
- Familiarity with product management tools including Jira and Aha!
- Clinical background is a plus
