We are looking for an IT Integration Lead, M&A to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities- Lead IT integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless system and process alignment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute integration strategies.
- Oversee software integration projects, focusing on hospital systems and healthcare IT environments.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and Info Sec standards throughout integration activities.
- Manage infrastructure‑related tasks to support integration and operational continuity.
- Coordinate planned travel for on‑site assessments and stakeholder meetings while primarily working remotely.
- Proven experience in IT integration leadership, specifically in M&A environments.
- Strong background in hospital systems and healthcare IT.
- Hands‑on experience with software integration across complex environments.
- Solid understanding of Cybersecurity/Info Sec principles and IT infrastructure.
