What

kind of work will you be doing? Technical Leadership & Architecture
  • Define and maintain the technical roadmap and architecture for the assigned product or platform (e.g., CLM, CRM, ERP, or similar enterprise systems).
  • Ensure technical design and delivery adhere to enterprise standards for security, integration, and performance.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and vendors aligned with long‑term product strategy.
  • Review solution designs, code quality, and deployment processes to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Product Delivery & Lifecycle Management
  • Oversee technical delivery of product features, integrations, and enhancements through Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to balance technical debt, maintenance, and new development priorities.
  • Manage end‑to‑end release planning, testing coordination, and deployment readiness.
  • Define and monitor technical KPIs (availability, performance, incident volume, cost efficiency).
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Partner with business, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams to deliver integrated and compliant solutions.
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact for vendors and system integrators.
  • Translate technical complexity into clear updates for business stakeholders and leadership.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise IT governance, architecture, and data‑protection standards.
  • Maintain documentation of system architecture, interfaces, and configurations.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance with IT and data regulations.
Team Leadership & Coaching
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal developers, analysts, and support staff.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to defining best practices for Dev Ops, CI/CD, and cloud platform management.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay current on emerging technologies relevant to enterprise platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and cost reduction.
  • Drive innovation pilots and proof‑of‑concepts to validate new technical capabilities.
What will make you successful? Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
  • 7+ years in IT application delivery, system architecture, or technical leadership roles.
  • Experience leading end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise SaaS or cloud‑based platforms.
  • Proven track record managing integrations with ERP, CRM, CLM or other core enterprise systems.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices and Dev Ops frameworks.
Skills
  • Strong expertise in application architecture, APIs, middleware and data integration.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS or GCP).
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines and ITIL‑aligned operations.
Preferred
  • Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., AWS/Azure Architect, TOGAF, SAFe, PMP).
  • Experience in regulated industries (pharma, finance, manufacturing) with strong compliance needs.

Exposure to CLM, procurement, or contract‑related systems a plus.
