• Plan and manage a portfolio of multi‑million‑dollar IT programs with significant enterprise impact
• Develop program strategy, ensuring proper sequencing and integration of large, complex projects
• Communicate program strategy, status, and changes to IT and senior business leadership
• Assess risks/issues, quantify impacts to scope, schedule, and budget, and drive resolution
• Lead and manage multiple project managers and cross‑functional teams
• Coordinate delivery with stakeholders, customers, and service providers
• Report on program stability, compliance with technical standards, and PMO processes
• Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business priorities

• 8+ years in enterprise program/project management with 3–5 years of leadership experience across IT and business functions
• Experience managing $5–$10M+ multi-year programs with a mix of internal/external and labor/non-labor costs
• Expertise in waterfall, agile, and SDLC methodologies and tools
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven experience in project cost management and resource capacity planning

• Familiarity with the Energy Industry
• Experience with change management strategies
• Strong business process analysis and mapping skills
