Sr. Automation Consultant

• Salary up to $195,000 annually

• Lead client automation projects focusing on strategy, enablement, and execution
• Develop and implement automation architectures and designs tailored to client needs
• Provide technical leadership and support during client engagements
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance practice capabilities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing IT automation within organizations
• Proven track record of leading large and complex automation engagements
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with familiarity in Golang being a plus
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and presenting technical concepts effectively

• Experience with modern development tools and environments, such as Git and Docker
• Familiarity with data serialization formats like YAML, JSON, XML, and CSV
• Foundational knowledge of public and private cloud computing platforms such as AWS and VMware vSphere
• Working knowledge of automation and orchestration tools, including Ansible and Terraform
• Demonstrated ability to document and communicate complex ideas clearly
