• Engage with customer leadership to define priorities and outcomes for consulting engagements
• Develop strategies and design automation architectures tailored to client needs
• Lead client automation projects with a focus on strategy, enablement, and execution
• Mentor junior-level engineers and provide technical leadership during client engagements
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the practice as a knowledge resource for automation

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing IT automation within an organization
• Proven track record of leading large and complex automation engagements
• Familiarity with modern development tools and environments, such as Git, Docker, and Linux/Unix
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences

• Experience with data serialization formats such as YAML, JSON, XML, and CSV
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages; experience with Golang is a plus
• Foundational knowledge of public and private cloud computing platforms
• Working knowledge of automation and orchestration tools, including Ansible and Terraform
• Ability to navigate complex environments and manage conflicting interests effectively
