Job DescriptionAt Kalypso, a Rockwell Automation Business, we specialize in guiding clients through their operational transformation journeys that leverage digital solutions, cybersecurity, networking and cutting‑edge automation technology. We help clients define strategies, implement solutions, and achieve sustainable results. Senior Consultants are responsible for delivering key components of consulting engagements, drawing on industry expertise. You'll work with Managers and above to lead analyses, design client solutions, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
You will report to the Principal, Kalypso and can work in a remote environment from any location in the United States.
- Lead portions of project work streams.
- Perform structured analyses, facilitate workshops, and develop client‑ready deliverables.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather insights and communicate findings.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership, methodologies, and service offerings.
- Support capability building within the team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Help identify opportunities to expand engagements or build client value.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
- Ability to travel as needed, potentially up to 50% of the time.
- 5+ years of consulting or applicable industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, focusing on automation and controls.
- Proven expertise in process control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI).
- Deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM).
- Hands‑on experience with asset management and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies.
- Strong knowledge of OT data management, including data historians, edge computing, and integration with IT systems.
- Experience leading or supporting automation projects from concept through commissioning.
- Familiarity with ISA‑95 and ISA‑88 standards.
- Experience in regulated or high‑compliance environments (food & beverage, pharma, mining, heavy industry).

This position is part of a job family. Experience will determine level and compensation.
Base Salary: $126,400 – $189,600. Annual target bonus: 5% of base salary. Actual pay based on skills, knowledge, education, and experience. Benefits available in the U.S. can be found here.
