In this role, you will be responsible for driving the delivery and continuous improvement of technical solutions that support key work asset management platforms.

This position involves hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Lead large transformation programs, align technical solutions with strategic business goals, and stay updated with industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
• Manage a team of up to 30 members across multiple work streams, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the design and development of solutions for SAP platforms.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance the functionality and performance of these platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that solutions meet quality standards and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in platform solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP development and implementation.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing ABAP source code.
• Experience as a technical lead, leading large transformation programs, and aligning technical solutions with strategic business goals.
• Professional certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g., SAP).
• Experience in a similar industry or sector.
• SAP BASIS:
  Knowledge of SAP system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
• Expertise in SAP security concepts and user management.
• SAP Functional:
  Proficiency in SAP MM/QM, PM modules.
• SAP Financial:
  Experience with SAP FI/CO modules.
