The Ideal Candidate

* Qualifications:

*
* * 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a deep understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
* Proven experience leading QA teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong technical background with experience in test automation tools (UFT, Load Runner) and test management systems (ALM).
* Expertise in manual and automated testing approaches, including Continuous Integration and test-driven development.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
