The Sr. Product Manager for Integration & Delivery plays a crucial role in shaping and executing the strategic direction for our financial services clients’ technical onboarding experience. This position leads complex integration projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience during the onboarding process. individual will develop and deliver customer-facing training materials, ensuring clients have a seamless integration experience.

The role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills, with a focus on API integrations, EDI, XML, and TXT Batch Files. You will collaborate with systems integrators and client developer partners to accelerate time to market for client integrations. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving market benchmarking and gathering voice-of-customer insights, ensuring the onboarding process is efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Benchmarking & Voice-of-Customer:
    Drive market benchmarking and gather insights from clients to deliver a best‑in‑class technical onboarding process.
  • Onboarding Project Management:
    Lead a segment of onboarding projects, implementing banking solutions and managing the onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Content & Training Development:
    Develop onboarding content and training materials tailored for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Collaboration with Partners:
    Work closely with Systems Integrators and client developer partners to accelerate time to market for client integrations.
  • Track Time to Revenue:
    Manage and track time to revenue for client onboarding projects, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Client Engagement:
    Present to senior leadership and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant customer success experience within Fin Tech, banking, or e‑commerce.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering technical onboardings to clients, with expertise in API integrations, EDI, XML, and TXT Batch Files.
  • Proven experience in project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with bank/finance‑specific file formats (e.g., BAI2, ISO
    20022, NACHA).
  • Expertise in developing client‑facing workshop materials for technical onboarding.
  • Experience partnering with systems integrators and external technical teams.
Certifications

Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) or relevant technical certifications are a plus but not required.
