Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation team. This role is ideal for a developer with strong programmatic development experience, who can contribute to the design, development, and integration of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple dev teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, approvals, security, APIs, and more
• Collaborate with scrum teammates to ensure sound technical designs
• Implement scalable and reusable solutions across projects
• Follow and promote Salesforce development patterns and platform best practices
• Participate in code reviews and mentor teammates
• Contribute to Dev Ops processes, including releases using Copado
• Execute testing in collaboration with QA lead
• Work comfortably within an Agile Scrum environment
• Promote Agile mindset and practices
• Adapt to and support positive change
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ask critical questions and challenge assumptions
• Drive innovation while maintaining best practices
• Foster a collaborative and fun team environment

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and API integrations
• Familiarity with Salesforce Dev Ops tools and processes
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working on the Copado platform
• Experience in release management and Dev Ops pipelines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
