- Support and lead initiatives to improve Organizational Health and Effectiveness.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business project plans, including technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage local change initiatives requiring transformation expertise and specialized skills.
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing projects through their lifecycle, influencing decision-makers, and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Technical fluency with current platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to build productive relationships.
- 3+ years supporting Culture & Change management initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Alteryx.
- Experience in expense management and process improvement.
