Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven HR professional to support high-volume recruiting and onboarding efforts. This role manages a pipeline of 1,000+ applicants per month and supports onboarding approximately 50 new hires monthly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing candidate experience with operational accuracy, this is a strong growth opportunity within HR.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization. He/she must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the business needs.
Responsibilities- Recruiting & Talent Coordination
- Manage a high-volume applicant pipeline of 1,000+ candidates per month
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate daily interviews and support onboarding of 50+ new hires per month
- Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Post job openings and develop creative recruiting strategies
- Complete background checks, motor vehicle records, and employment verifications
- HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee attendance and personnel records
- Enter and update payroll and employee data (new hires, status changes, terminations) with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding coordination
- Strong computer skills necessary including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and helpful to callers, co-workers, and visitors
- Problem-solver; able to accurately identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Excellent organizational skills
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient and detail oriented
- Must be 21 or older with valid driver's license
- Job Type: Full-time

- Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift
