Are you an organized and people-focused individual with a passion for helping a team grow and bilingual with Spanish? We are a leading apartment owner and operator in Columbus, Ohio, looking for a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.

As our HR Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our hiring and employee management processes. Your day-to-day will include:

• Recruitment and Sourcing: You will manage our applicant tracking system, review incoming resumes, and help us find great candidates.
• Initial Interviews: You will be the first point of contact for many applicants, conducting preliminary phone screens and interviews to assess their fit for our company.
• Candidate Management: You will keep meticulous records of all candidates, their application status, and interview feedback.
• Employee Records: You will maintain and update all employee files, ensuring our records are accurate and up-to-date.

• A highly organized and detail-oriented professional.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Someone who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a human resources role is a plus, but we’re open to candidates with strong administrative or organizational backgrounds.
