The Reporting & Analytics Specialist is responsible for designing,maintaining, and enhancing reports, dashboards, and analytics that measure the performance of recruitment programs (e.g., time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, and compliance). This role transforms data into clear insights and recommendations thathelptheleadership teams,recruiters,and clients make data-driven decisions and continuously improve therecruitmentprocess.

Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and automate centralized recruitment reports/dashboards for all clients (weekly, monthly, quarterly) using data from the ATS and related systems (e.g., requisitions, offers, hires).
  • Track and analyze key recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, time-in-stage, submittals-to-interview, interview-to-offer, offer-to-hire, recruiter productivity, and source/channel performance.
  • Conduct ad hoc reports and analyses to answer client and internal stakeholder questions about candidate pipelines, SLA/contract performance.
  • Partner with executive leaders, delivery managers, and client teams to define reporting requirements and standardize metric definitions across programs and geographies.
  • Proactively identify trends, issues, and opportunities in recruitment data and present clear, actionable recommendations to improve process efficiency and hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain data quality through regular audits, data validation checks, and governance activities to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
  • Support ATS and reporting tool optimization (fields, workflows, user training, documentation) to enable better data capture and self-service reporting.
  • Create and deliver report guides, visuals, and training to help recruiters, hiring managers, and clients interpret dashboards and use insights into their decisions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve data integrations, build new datasets, and explore advanced analytics where relevant.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data/Analytics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in recruiting, talent acquisition, or RPO.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas; macros a plus) and experience with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Bold BI, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience working with ATS or HR systems (e.g., Workday, Success Factors, iCIMS, , Lever, Jobvite, or similar systems) and extracting data for analysis.
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets, perform data cleaning, and ensure consistent definitions across reports.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into insights and clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to recruiting leadership and client stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple reporting requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus for more complex data pulls and automation.
