Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager based in Columbus, OH
. The role is responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across a wide range of roles. The individual will develop and enhance employer branding strategies and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet staffing goals. The role also involves identifying, engaging, and nurturing diverse talent pools while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting and end-to-end hiring processes
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates across diverse roles
  • Experience developing recruiting strategies and employer branding initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition tools, systems, and best practices
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with in the landscape, construction, or service industry is a plus
