Recruiting Consultant - Financial Services

Location: Hybrid out of downtown Columbus, OH office

Pay: $41.24/hr

Schedule: Regular business hours, Monday - Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Recruitment:
    Utilize advanced sourcing skills and expertise with Linked In Recruiter to identify and attract top talent.
  • Labor Market Knowledge:
    Maintain a strong understanding of labor market trends and conduct thorough research to inform recruitment strategies and tell a story with data.
  • Candidate Career Advisor:
    Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Hiring Strategy Advisor:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective hiring strategies that align with business goals while having an ability to influence on all facets of the process.
  • Change Agent:
    Act as a change agent within the organization, promoting innovative recruitment practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (8+years) in recruiting, preferably within the financial services or corporate finance sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of labor market trends and research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a candidate career advisor and hiring strategy advisor.
  • Experience in driving change and promoting innovative recruitment practices.

Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a 10-year criminal background check, urinalysis drug screen, and soft credit screen.
