Every Recruiter has an exciting career path r experience gained as a Recruiter develops key skills including relationship building, negotiations and gaining an understanding of technical terminology that will prepare you to represent our services as an industry leader. Within 3 months and upon becoming highly successful as an Entry Level Recruiter, you will be promoted to a Technical Recruiter and continue your Recruiting career and join the ranks of our Lead Recruiters, Delivery Managers and Recruiting Management.

• 4 year degree or relevant work experience
• Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented/money motivated and strong desire
• Some telephone sales or telemarketing experience is highly preferred

• An industry leading Recruiting training program
• The ability to Recruit on a regional/national/international basis
