Talent Manager
As a Recruiter in Consumer & Community Banking, you will support full life cycle recruitment for our Card and Connected Commerce lines of business. You will partner with hiring managers to translate their business needs into actionable talent attraction strategy. You will provide excellent experience for clients and candidates alike, pitch and close top talent with a sense of urgency and maintain proper controls and documentation.
You will act as part of a team unit and should have a collaborative, team player mentality.
- Run a full life cycle recruitment process from initial client call to offer
- Lead effective intake meetings to understand the needs of the business and their unique candidate profiles
- Evaluate, screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback to refine talent acquisition strategy
- Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including partnering with our in‑house Sourcing Team
- Manage communications with hiring managers including but not limited to status calls, emails recaps, and reporting
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and clear communication and dispositioning appropriately – you will act as a brand ambassador for company and reenforce that we are a top employer of choice
- Act as key liaison during offer and negotiation stage – working closely with HR, compensation, and hiring managers
- Track “silver medalist” candidate who could be matched with other job opportunities
- Utilize the complete functionality of our applicant tracking system (Oracle) and maintain data integrity
- Attend weekly Recruiting Team meetings and function as a part of a collaborative team
- 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Previous experience hiring for Product roles (Product Management, Product Delivery, Product Strategy)
- Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of hiring managers and provide high touch client service
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment, manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
- Strong time management, ability to prioritize and re-prioritize daily
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – you are clear and concise
- You possess a controls mindset and display good judgement
- You are a team player and can work collaboratively with others
- Previous recruiting experience supporting credit card, payments, or travel businesses
- Previous recruiting experience at a bank or financial services company
