Position Title: Contract IT Recruiter

Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a timely and efficient process.
- Manage candidate communications, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Draft and post job descriptions and advertisements that attract qualified candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
