HR Generalist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance, with a passion for fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. • Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Manage the recruiting process for key positions in corporate leadership.
• Own weekly payroll process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
• Support performance management processes and assist with employee evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5 plus years of experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $70,000 based on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday
