Managing Division Director, Executive Recruiting at CFS

Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-driven HR Specialist to join a premier senior living community, renowned for its commitment to luxury, compassion, and excellence in care. As part of a respected, privately owned organization, this onsite role is essential in streamlining HR operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating a supportive and engaging employee experience for this location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer letters
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation, including I-9 processing, training coordination, and benefits communication
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and act as a liaison between staff and HR leadership
  • Track open positions and provide timely updates to leadership
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and help enhance internal processes and policies
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands‑on HR experience, with demonstrated success in managing employee relations, training, and onboarding.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS and ATS platforms is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
