What You’ll Do:- Screen applicant resumes and applications, perform phone interviews and make referral recommendations
- Develops and maintains strong consultative relationships with customer groups to establish recruiting strategies and execution by delivering qualified, diverse candidate slates. Strive for continuous improvement in customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers, Human Resource partners and outside recruiters
- Proficient utilization of Applicant Tracking System and other required HRIS systems to maintain data integrity of records for all hiring activities and employment decisions. Provide research and analysis of recruiting market trends, understanding implications and recommending solutions
- Plan and support recruiting events and represent the brand at job fairs, trade shows, networking events and community events
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications or similar
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience
- Strong experience in a corporate environment implementing a wide range of recruiting programs and processes
- Proven track record and mindset of continuous process improvement including willingness to challenge the status quo and think outside the box
- Experience using value added metrics and reporting systems to measure results and set service level agreements with clients
- Ability to apply consultative skills to customer base
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to create future pipelines of talent
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates through creative channels including, but not limited to networking, social networking, internet mining, university relations, etc.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, HRIS, or related HR Systems; understanding capability and enabling functionality
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and respect with broad range of business partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
