Labor Relations Senior Representative

Position Summary

• Delivers Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) services for assigned areas, supporting communication, training, enforcement, investigation, and remediation of policies.
• Builds collaborative relationships with HR leadership, HRBP, HRC, and CoE teams to implement strategic ELR initiatives.
• Provides consultation to campus and Medical Center leadership on employment-related matters, including investigations and employee complaints.
• Analyzes policies, collective bargaining agreements, and employment laws to ensure compliance and strategic guidance.
• Designs and conducts employee training to support ELR and organizational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of relevant experience; 4-8 years preferred.
