We are looking for a Bakeshop Cook
. This is a full-time role with a typical schedule of AM-mid-shift coverage (5:30am-2pm).

• Produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds guests’ expectations in a timely manner
• Communicate with the culinary team and support collaboration across shifts
• Maintain a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation
• Work under supervision and/or independently after training

• 1-3 years of experience preferred, hotel or large-volume catering
• Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients, procedures, and culinary practices
• Ability to work solo shifts after an appropriate amount of training
• Capable of standing for 8 hours and lifting/pushing up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a clean workspace and read/perform basic cooking recipes
• Punctual and reliable, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service mindset and hospitality-focused attitude
