Laundry Attendant

The Laundry and Housekeeping team ensures guests feel  a Laundry Attendant, you contribute to an enjoyable, comfortable stay.

Hilton Columbus/Polaris – 254 Room AAA Four Diamond property, 15,000+ sq ft of meeting/event space, located in the vibrant Polaris community. Full‑time 1st (7am‑3pm) and 2nd (3pm‑11pm) shifts.

• Operate washing, drying, and folding machines; load and unload laundry.
• Measure and administer cleaning agents per product specifications.
• Monitor machine operation, ensuring drums are full and reporting irregularities.
• Set appropriate drying and cooling times for different linen types.
• Clean machines and surrounding areas.
• Deliver guest items (pillows, towels, etc.) to rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of public hotel areas.
• Comply with attendance rules and availability requirements.
• Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.

Full‑time associates receive partially employer‑paid health, dental, and vision insurance; 100% employer‑paid life insurance at one times annual salary after 60 days; 401(k) with 50¢ match up to 8% and a 5‑year progressive vesting schedule; vacation and personal time accrual (5 days vacation and 4 personal days after one year); holiday pay for seven paid holidays; free parking; discounted hotel rooms within the Hilton brand and with Crescent Hotels & Resorts properties.
